Spinning out of The New 52: Futures End and Earth 2: World’s End, Convergence is a two month-event made up of one main limited series, publishing weekly from the beginning of April to the end of May, and 40 two-part miniseries. The supervillain Brainiac has stolen cities from different worlds and timelines in the DC multiverse, amassing 40 total. He subsequently encases these cities in different domes on an unknown planet and opens them up to see what will occur. Heroes and villains from various eras of DC history will be forced to battle each other to survive, and subsequently a villain called Telos will rise to take advantage of the chaos.

Here is the official solicitation for Convergence: Speed Force #1 released by DC Comics:

STARRING HEROES FROM THE PRE-FLASHPOINT DCU! The fastest family alive loses its powers as Wally West and his kids face an uncertain future while trapped away from home. Will they be able to outrun the chaos that follows the arrival of Flashpoint Wonder Woman? Plus, don’t miss the most unexpected Zoo Crew character of all!
