The Flash fans that are also fans of the series Heroes, get ready to geek out because some big piece of news just came out. Mashable announced that Greg Grunberg, best known for his role as Matt Parkman on the NBC series Heroes, has joined Season 3 in a role that will be recurring, starting with next week’s episode.
“Grunberg plays Detective Tom Patterson, who makes his debut in Season 3, episode 7, “Killer Frost,” airing Nov. 22. A gruff, stalwart figure at Central City Police Department, Det. Patterson is unwavering in his commitment to protecting Central City from the dangerous metas that threaten it. “
