While it may not be over a minute long like the Arrow Season 4 trailer, The CW has aired a new 30 second new promo for season two of their other superhero hit show, The Flash which you can catch below: beware of some possible spoilers!
In the new TV spot we do see a lot of new footage, including the first lines from Teddy Sears as Jay Garrick/The Flash of his world as he warns Team Flash that their world is in big danger and we also get a closer look at the costume that they revealed in a special art poster last month. We also see the return of Peyton List as the Golden Glider along with quick shots of Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell as the Rogue villains Captain Cold and Heat Wave respectively. We also see the emergence of Adam Copeland as the Atom-Smasher who will make his debut in the season two premiere of The Flash titled “The Man Who Saved Central City”. Hopefully as we get closer to the new season of The Flash, the CW will put out a somewhat longer trailer for the new season, like they did with Arrow recently.
In case you have missed the recent news for The Flash: Tony Todd was recently cast to voice the big bad Zoom starting in episode 2 “Flash of Two Worlds”, Violett Beane will be bringing the famous speedster Jesse Quick to life and we will also be seeing the return of Malese Jow as Linda Park for multiple episodes in the new season of The Flash. And knowing this show well, it’s safe to say that we will probably be getting a couple more exciting casting announcements before the highly anticipated season premiere arrives!
